"Richard at Pest Pros was probably THE most wonderful, happy, and friendliest person!!! Showed up at my beach cottage on the beach in Dennis right on time with a smile! Not only did he go above and beyond for me but he was just so friendly with that smile that I wanted him to hang with us all day! After speaking with hun a few minutes I was so impressed by his drive to succeed and his drive is through the roof!! What a great impression he left with me and my family. "We had a 6x8-foot patch of tile flooring that needed removing, primarily because it tested positive for lead, but also in order to uncover wide-plank flooring that we wanted to refinish. We spoke with John and he visited the site the next day. He provided us with a $1,000 quote, which we accepted and scheduled the work within a week.
The job finished much quicker than expected, and John gave us a discount of $200. I've worked with several contractors and rarely have I been offered the chance to pay less that the quoted price.
