Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Milford, MA

"The contractor fully delivered.  They were punctual, professional, clean, said what they did, did what they said, and closed out the job with the proper documentation.
As part of a steam heat boiler replacement project, this crew cleaned/removed asbestos from the outside of the boiler, took apart the whole boiler into its sections, cleaned/removed asbestos from the inside, and then removed the whole boiler from the house.
Documentation was provided to indicate that the removed asbestos was disposed at a licensed disposal facility and the scrap metal was recycled.
The crew of 3 performed their job, cleaned up, and then worked with the air quality technician to take the proper samples.

"Guy and his team at Affordable Mold have simply been amazing to work with, very professional, responded right away, great pricing and trusted them in our home. We moved into a new home and after few weeks we discovered water damage and mold in 4 rooms after some heavy rainfall. Our Insurance company sent out a restoration crew that were not very responsive so I called Guy at Affordable Mold to take a second look. He came out the same day I called and took over the job for us. His crew showed up the next morning and took care of the affected areas. They handled everything from demo, clean up and the rebuild of the rooms. Their rebuild work was exceptional and very quick. They spread plastic on the floors, covered vents and cleaned up after their work every day. We had our rooms back in full use in no time. I highly recommend their services and definitely will use them again in the future if needed, not just for mold removal. His team of guys can do it all! Thank you Guy!"

"Quite simply, above and beyond great work and customer service."

"We've had Abide to our home for both asbestos and mold remediation. The first time through, they remediated textured paint on our ceilings and closets; the second pass, they gutted all the exterior walls, which had asbestos-containing dry wall joint compound, and they did so without damaging the ceiling. They also removed all of the mold-containing insulation. The quotes were prompt and reasonable, and the work has been without exception professional and clean. We really appreciate how careful they were and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"Very pleased. Result was non toxic mold we could address ourselves. They gave us advice to correct the cause and took photos for us to give to carpenter we used to replace the section of the wall with the problem. They said to call back if any problems or concerns. Would definitely use again if any future problems. Thank you."

"these guys made it very fast, and clean Good Job"

"Tanner came out to immediately diagnose the problem. He impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of my needs as a homeowner. We hired them as they were the most affordable option for my mold problem. The person to do the job was Scott. Scott was easy to work with and did a thorough job of removing the mold and then “fogged” the area so anything he missed could be eliminated through the fogger. I was very pleased and impressed overall with GHS. I would recommend them them to anyone with a mold problem."

"Hired them for asbestos the cheapest out of 5 people called. They were friendly and did a good job."

"Fantastic! It’s been about 2 weeks since we received our mold removal and treatment service from My Pure Environment. Our bathroom looks and feels great! We have a much easier time maintaining its cleanliness now that MPE has taken care of the mold issue. With 2 under 2 in our household, we are so happy to finally let them bathe in the tub without fear of mold toxicity! 10/10 would recommend and hire again!"

"I had a positive experience with Rey and Giovanni at My Pure Environmental. Both were responsive and professional throughout, and they scheduled and performed the mold remediation on my house quickly and on a schedule. Rey was easy to work with in terms of scheduling, and Giovanni was nice and professional in person and kept me updated."
