"I do not tolerate the smell of bleach, so I hired mold zero to vaporize using vinegar and hydrogen peroxide to get rid of surface mold in two rooms. There was no lingering odor and Bruno, one of their techs, returned to scrub doors that had mold remaining on them. Customer service is great and if you are a snowbird they can do remediation while you are away."

"I was new to mold testing and understanding the procedure. Dwayne was more than happy to explain the process, in fact more than once if needed. Dwayne and his team were there when he said they'd be and it was a very smooth operation. I highly recommend them."

"This company was a life saver! I got 4 quotes and I am so happy I chose quality 1. Yoni and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond from the start! I was pretty scared after discovering mold in my home but thankfully they really helped me through it! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I can honestly say that Yoni earned it in every way. I am so thankful and I 100% recommend Quality 1 for mold remediation work ."

"Deborah was extremely accessible & knowledgeable for all my questions about mold in general and remediation. She and her crew treated my home as if it were theirs, all while making sure that every wall, floor and ceiling was cleaned. This is an extremely stressful event and her knowledge and professionalism helped me sleep at night!"

"Our technician Patrick was courteous and friendly. He explained everything he was doing to remove the mold we had in our bathroom and how to prevent it from happening again. He never pressured us for additional services and seemed extremely genuine in his approach to helping us. I highly recommend this company."

"Terry Rankin, the Operations Manager showed up within two hours of me making a request on Angi's. He showed up when he said he would and was very prepared. He went above and beyond. He cleaned every area he worked in and left the areas better than when he started. I couldn't be happier with Ducts work, service, and professionalism. I will be using them on an annual basis. Terry runs the company the way a company should be ran. I would recommend Ducts 100% to any of my friends or family. Excellent service!!!!!!!!!"

"Our water heater exploded and I needed help quickly. Additionally I was in the middle of testing for an exam to start a new job and really needed someone to support me. Mr and Mrs Restore took care of everything and I had peace of mind to finish my exam. I was really lucky to work with them. I worked with Shane and Evelyn. They inspected the house and started immediately with the drying process, recommended an excellent plumber and checked the home for mold and worked with the insurance. They kept me informed about their process and they checked the house daily to measure the drying progress. I hope I dont have another water heater explosion, but if I had any issue with my house, water, mold, fire etc. I would immediately call them or recommenend them to all my friends."

"Way better than expected. Impressed with how professional and thorough this team was. They didn't waste anytime answered our questions and had the best pricing. Even worked with our insurance agent to get it all taken care of. Couldn't have been better"
