Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Oroville, CA

"They were very accurate in sampling and testing parts of the house to test for asbestos. Nice people and they seem trustworthy. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is that there was miscommunication between the receptionist who took the initial scope of work and what was actually needed at the job site, resulting in a large price difference. Other than that, they were great. Quick with results too."

"Very satisfied how quickly they came out and got the test results that evening."

"I highly recommend North State Pure Maintenance! Ron and his daughter were thorough with cleaning the mold. They were kind and attentive to my questions. Iâ m very happy with the job they did for me."

"They are very good at what they do, I couldn't be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone that having mold related issues . They certainly made thing a while lot easier"

"I thought their crews were efficient and customer service oriented."

"Peter knows what he is doing & made very good suggestions. For 1st phase I am doing the work myself. If that does not mitigate well, then I will be using him."

"Walter was very knowledgeable, very thorough in his inspection of our home, took clear pictures of areas with mold, and his report was written well with air samples, photos, and swab results connected with each area in the home that was in question. Walter himself was very pleasant and safe . I would feel safe having him come to my home if I was a single woman! We recommend highly him."
