"Gary arrived as promised and was very Professional. He went the extra mile to explain lab results with me for identification of asbestos in my vinyl flooring. Gary is a star in environmental testing as he squelched my fears of having asbestos in my home. Iâ m happy to say Iâ m asbestos free and can resume my project with piece of mind that Iâ m not exposing my family to harmful effects of asbestos."

"Charles was invaluable to our project. We called him before starting a renovation because we live in an old house and wanted to make sure there was not asbestos in the walls before tearing them down. He took asbestos samples and luckily there was no asbestos. However, when he was here, he noticed mold all along the floor edges in the sunroom. He took samples of the mold and the air. He also suspected mold in the air handler to our HVAC. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of our home. Sure enough, there was mold present. He helped us find a mold remediation expert and supervised the job. When the mold remediator was finished, Charles found a spot that they missed so was able to facilitate bringing the remediator back to complete the job. Charles goes above and beyond in terms of his availability, his involvement throughout the job, his willingness to provide advice and his help in working with contractors. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

"Courteous and professional service. They responded quickly. Understood my problem and concerns and completed the work immediately. Asbestos removal is not inexpensive but I was satisfied with the cost and the speed of service. I was glad to support a local small business"

"This ended up being a challenging project with narrow crawl spaces, pipes running close to asbestos floor tiles, and mold that was found during demolition. Ray and his team were extremely hard working, explained every step, took great care to create a safe environment while we lived in our home. They left our basement spotless clean. Great price overall. Highly recommend."

"Fredrick was very honest and professional throughout the entire process. I received a fair price for the removal of asbestos shingles on my house and was very pleased with the outcome of the work. Would recommend highly to anyone needing asbestos removal services."

"It's never good news to hear you have asbestos, but Michael was professional, helpful, and friendly."

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. Hopefully I never have to worry about mold again, but will certainly reach out to certified mold removal if I need to."

"I just got done speaking to Spencer on the phone who was very generous with his time running through all the potential contaminant issues, breakdown of Oasis services, and was very candid on whether i should even proceed with any testing. If i do proceed I will certainly pick this company."

"I hired Kascon to do asbestos abatement in my attic. I worked with Keith Carroll as my primary contact, he was outstanding. Keith was prompt courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The back office crew was equally oppressive in assisting me with documentation billing etc. as were the gentlemen who showed up to do the abatement work. They were neat and meticulous, showed up when they said they were going to show and did a great job cleaning out not only the asbestos but contaminated wood and materials. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs asbestos abatement work done. Ask for Keith, you will not be disappointed."
