"Considering purchase of home with active plumbing leaks and so far the mold inspection has proven to be very useful. Still waiting for our sample analysis and report. But I am very confident in the thoroughness of our inspector’s process. He was extremely meticulous and also helped us decide on what samples to take. Strategic sampling is important - for keeping cost down (each sample is $125) and in getting an accurate impression of what the situation is in the building. This company has lots of great videos on their YouTube channel to better educate yourself about mold, inspection, testing, etc Additional Information Edit: Rick Weir did a mold inspection for me recently. He was extremely meticulous, and also very practical regarding sampling. The report I got back was very useful. and I got a follow up phone call to make sure I understood the report! I will definitely call Rick at Mold Inspection Sciences again, if I need to do any more mold inspections."

"Chris & the Twin Pillars team came recommended to us through a mutual connection and we were very, very happy with our experience. We were in an bad situation where our dishwasher flooded causing us to rip out flooring and our kitchen island which then spun into a variety of restoration and home improvement projects. They were super responsive, flexible, and partners throughout the entire process. They carried themselves with a high degree of professionalism and followed through on everything they said they'd do. There wasn't any nickel and diming or smoke and mirrors through change orders or anything like that - Chris was very straightforward and knowledgable throughout. When you're doing restoration work you will have your GC and trades in your house a ton. The folks that Chris brought into to support were top notch, professional, performed high quality work helping us feel very comfortable and Chris was a constant presence and communicator as well. Highly recommend!"

"I talked to Juan i told him I was getting tile installed in the livingroom, diningroom and kitchen. Turns out there was asbestos tile and adhesive (black as Asbestos adhesive) in the livingroom and dining room. I needed to get the asbestos removal done asap since it was backing up my tile installation and the company required a professional service for removal. Juan did the estimate for me, he did worked with our tight budget during this hard times of COVID-19. Juan said that would be able to get a crew together and tackle the job the same day I called. Julian (crew supervisor) came in and he was very professional and courteous. He inspected everything and said he will be able to get the job done in a few hours since he brought a big crew of guys. All the guys from the crew worked great and presented themselves professionally. The job got done in less than 3 hours, what a life savers these guys are. Would definitely call them back for 2 other rooms I need to get done and for my outside siding."

"Aerus (SSAP, LLC) repairs and installs central vacuum systems. Steve was available for an appointment to diagnose our nonfunctioning central vacuum system. He requested that I send photos if I could. We have a 22 year old Beam Electrolux system. He was grateful ful the photos, because he knew exactly what he was dealing with. Steve arrived on time. He is a pleasant, jovial fellow. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for fixing the problem. After he was finished, he checked out the motor and filter unit in the garage. Steve explained the best care and treatment of the system. He had cleaned up and was gone in an hour. This was a wonderful service experience!"

"Great services in general and fast response. Good follow up!"
