"Provided excellent information regarding the different types of mold, the different life safety hazards of certain molds. Even went above and beyond by returning to the Show Low area to do underneath the home and discovered Aspergillus, a very toxic mold."

"As a real estate broker, I needed a test on a property that had previously had mold remediation but I wanted to be absolutely sure my clients would be safe living there. Tracy was prompt, professional and kept the tight schedule I needed to get the results back before we closed on the property. I will definitely use their services again."

"I was very happy with the quality of service provided by Affordable Radon Services when they installed a sump pump. It was done quickly with a thorough clean up afterwards. The price was also very reasonable."

My name is oscar Pedroza, a 23 year old contractor based in Arizona and the owner of New Gen services LLC. Through hands on experience over the years,I’ve developed strong knowledge and skills in asbestos abatement, demolition , and environmental services. As a young business owner, I take pride in building something of my own while continuing the foundation my father started. "I was very impressed with the work Jarrett and Renata did. They were quick to respond to our urgent needs and were very thorough with cleansing the mold from our home. I felt like they truly cared about taking care of me, my family and my home. Communication was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of mold removal services."

"In January, I came home to fifteen feet wide of water flowing out of my garage. As I ran into the house I was shocked to see several inches of water on the floor of my kitchen and laundry room. The water was pouring all over my new cabinets, soaking the walls, ceiling and flowing into the garage. I was devastated to see my newly remodeled home in such disarray. I called the insurance company and they suggested I call one of their ?preferred? restoration companies. I didn?t even think that I could choose who came to my house since they were paying for it so I setup the appointment which wasn?t until the next evening. I couldn?t believe I had to wait a whole day to start the cleanup. About an hour later I called a friend who explained to me that I could choose who I want to come and do the cleanup. He gave me the number of Dustin at Advanced Drying. I called Dustin and he said he could be over to assess the damage that evening. Less than a few hours later he showed up and got started. He was very detailed oriented. He went over everything with us so we would understand what the cleanup would entail. He assured us that the cleanup part would be painless. The next day his crew showed up ready to demo. They put down plastic covers to protect the floors and cleaned up every inch of garbage and dust. They were very courteous and kind to my husband and I, our children, and our animals. They took care of everything and made it very comfortable for us.

I hope I never have another flood but if I did, I would definitely use Advanced Drying again. They are the best in the business and customer service is their number one priority. You can?t go wrong with Dustin and his crew.

Thank you for making a terrible experience bearable for our family. "

"I chose Everclear Environmental because it was a young, female, owned local company and I wanted to support them. If you are looking for asbestos removal in an industrial setting or in a complete home renovation, I believe that they would be fine. However, it appears that they lack experience in home owner occupied homes. I was told by the office staff that it was not necessary to remove the ceiling fans as they would be covered by the crew. Prior to the start of their project, I removed the fan blades from the ceiling fans and both bedroom doors to make it easier for the crew. The EC crew did a good job in isolating the two bedrooms that needed the popcorn ceiling removed. However, large holes were left in the bedroom walls, apparently from tearing the plastic sheeting off that had been stapled on to catch the ceiling debris. The fans and smoke detectors had been removed and stored in the closets. The retexture guy came late in the day and did an excellent job but was in was in my home until just after 8 PM. The ceiling painter did not show up when scheduled, like two days late, but did a good job when he finally did come. I repaired the holes in the wall myself. However, when it came time to reinstall the bedroom fans and smoke detectors, I was told that it would be an additional $75.00 for each room! The painter actually face-timed with his cousin, an electrician, to reinstall the ceiling fans and smoke detectors to avoid the additional $150.00 charge."

"Excellent service, quick turn around. Identified molds making me ill via swab and air labs."

"Syntech environmental was outstanding. They were quick to respond when we needed them for some environmental testing. Jason and Michael worked together to ensure that we were able to get the service that we needed when we needed it thanks again"

"Very professional and no surprises. He did what he was contracted to do. Neighbors have asked for plans because the casita complements the main house"
