"The asbestos tiles were removed and abatement was successful. The company worked with me on questions; and went above and beyond what was expected. I recommend them highly."

"The service was fabulous, great for time, and gave full description of what chemicals were and what it was going to do. Curtsey for area of access to attic, no mess left after. I'd recommend this to anyone with a mold issue."

"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"Going for a refi and the appraiser noticed mold on the ceiling in a bath. It's a vaulted ceiling. I needed to remediate the mold to close on the refi. I called Southside Mold Testing & Cleanouts and within a week, the mold was remediated. Brian and his crew were professional, prompt, and fair with pricing. Hope I never need this service again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call Brian to do the work. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be pretty painless. Would highly recommend. Thanks!"

"The work was completed in a timely manner. They did leave behind some tape on the vents that I had to remove. Otherwise, the removal of our asbestos containing material was done professionally on time and with good value."

"We have a cold room for adhesive storage and had a horrible case of mold due to an incorrect build out. I called these guys and they came out very quickly. They removed all of the mold along with infested ceiling tiles and paint the fell off of the wall during the process. They left the walls looking new again and cleaned their mess. We have not had a mold issue since. I highly recommend these professionals!"
