They removed contaminated insulation, treated the wood framing, and helped us understand how ventilation contributed to the issue. Very knowledgeable company."

"Continental Remediation Services provided incredible service when our office flooded and needed immediate attention for moisture control and mold prevention! Dean and his crew showed up within the hour and got right on the problem. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Their pricing was great and very fair especially with us being a non-profit! Dean was so honest and definitely a trustworthy resource who cares about his clients! They not only treated the flood right away but also removed all of the damaged carpet and baseboards to ease our worries. I highly recommend Dean and his crew for any emergencies and home related work!"

"I contacted KB Environmental for a quote for a client. I passed the information on to the client. Once escrow closes they will most likely be using KB Environmental for the work. It will be to remove an asbestos vent flue on a water heater."

From the start, he impressed us with his professionalism and thorough approach. Alex not only identified the areas the previous company missed but also explained his entire process, ensuring we knew what to expect. He worked meticulously and left no corner unchecked. Thanks to Alex, our space is now completely mold-free and feels fresh and healthy again. We’re so grateful for his expertise and dedication—wish we had called this company first! Highly recommend, especially Alex!"

"I definitely recommend Santa Clarita Mold Inspection! I needed a mold inspection and was genuinely impressed with the company from start to finish. They were transparent throughout the entire process, and Nick was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Since this was my first time needing these services, I especially appreciated that Nick took the time to explain each step of the inspection process and what I could expect after the testing was completed. I was also extremely impressed with the final report and the level of detail that went into preparing it. The professionalism and thoroughness of the report were incredibly helpful and allowed me to utilize the documentation for legal purposes. Thank you so much to Santa Clarita Mold Inspection, and especially to Nick, for your time, effort, and professionalism. I truly appreciate the quality of service I received and would absolutely use your company again if the need arises. Trustworthy, I highly recommended!"
