"ASAP has been very quick to respond, and have generally been available to perform inspections on very short notice. When I called them a few years ago to set up a mold inspection to take place at the same time as a buyer's home inspection, they recommended waiting until after the home inspector's evaluation, to see if there was any reason to conduct a follow-up mold test. The home inspector did not see any evidence of possible mold at the house, so we did not schedule a mold test. This showed me that---by turning down a request for a mold inspection with ASAP until the home inspector's evaluation---they have the integrity to walk away from an appointment request from a ready, willing, and able customer until there is reasonable evidence there could be mold at a property.
