"They did a very good job. Brian explained the procedures to me clearly and he explained what would be needed depending on the analysis results. He took tiles samples and commissioned lab analysis to determine which procedure was needed. His pricining were transparent, competitive and clear he took great care to educate me. Everyone was polite and they left everything cleaned and in good shape! I would absolutely recommend them! And would use them again!"

"Charles was invaluable to our project. We called him before starting a renovation because we live in an old house and wanted to make sure there was not asbestos in the walls before tearing them down. He took asbestos samples and luckily there was no asbestos. However, when he was here, he noticed mold all along the floor edges in the sunroom. He took samples of the mold and the air. He also suspected mold in the air handler to our HVAC. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of our home. Sure enough, there was mold present. He helped us find a mold remediation expert and supervised the job. When the mold remediator was finished, Charles found a spot that they missed so was able to facilitate bringing the remediator back to complete the job. Charles goes above and beyond in terms of his availability, his involvement throughout the job, his willingness to provide advice and his help in working with contractors. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

"Thank you Home Advisor for having Ace Cleaning Restoration as a recommendation. Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold Mr. Arman was very informative even before he came to our home to inspect our dilemma. His initial service was "free". After checking all the possible options, he offered three (3). We followed his recommendation. Excellent service and professional advice. Ray C. in Clifton, NJ"

"Great experience. This company was honest, prompt, and efficient. They found and remediated a significant asbestos problem at my daughters first house in North New Jersey. They did not try to take advantage of her, as is all too common in this industry. The fee was very fair and took care of the job very quickly. I found out about this company from someone who uses AAA for large commercial projects, and he has the same experience. We recommend AAA Lead Professionals for any residential or commercial projects involving lead or asbestos! Thank you Joe!!"

"Very professional, they gave us all the information upfront, and followed through for all of the necessary work, even after they discovered more mold than we expected. Highly recommend!!"

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. Hopefully I never have to worry about mold again, but will certainly reach out to certified mold removal if I need to."

"I had mold in a crawl space in my basement from water seepage that I was not aware of. The mold was growing for some time. I went on Angieâ s List and Ben with Jersey Restoration was the first business to call me back. Ben came to my house in Nutley from Wayne first thing that morning. He inspected the area, told me how he was going to remediate it and gave me an honest fair price. One day later, he sent 3 of his employees to my home at 8 am. The guys did an excellent job! Mold is all gone, area is treated and painted. Looks wonderful! I highly recommend Ben and his team for your job!"

"Luis responded very quickly to our call and attended to our asbestos concerns on the same day. Highly recommend!"

"Montclair township has a requirement for landlords to perform a visual lead paint inspection on a regular basis. Christian did this work for me, walking through my apartments and letting me know what spots needed to be touched up with paint. Then he provides a certificate to send to the town. Christian is communicative, reliable, prompt, and professional. He turned the certificate around really fast, too. I can’t recommend him more highly to anyone who needs environmental inspections in their home."
