"Extremely prompt to answer questions or concerns. Service technician was "right on time" for the initial testing. I was lucky to have no asbestos so I cannot review their removal process. I was impressed with the office staff's communications."

"I had a client who needed a stair railing installed on short notice, and Tanner and his team delivered exceptionally. Even without an in-person visit, they were able to assess exactly what was needed based on a photo I provided. Tanner also reviewed the listing photos and matched the new railing perfectly to the existing railing upstairs, which was an impressive and thoughtful touch. The work was completed within just a couple of days from my initial outreach and exceeded expectations. As a local Realtor, having reliable professionals who can handle smaller, time sensitive projects is invaluable. I will absolutely be calling them again and highly recommend their services."

"Greg at Pure Air provide excellent customer service and was very patient while answering my many questions. I was concerned about hiring a company that did both testing and remediation, but Tamra in his office, explained that the tests are sent to an independent lab for analysis. Greg provide mold remediation in my crawlspace. If you need mold testing or remediation, I would highly recommend Pure Air."

"This is the second time we've used Allergen Control, and they managed to exceed our already high expectations. Shirish--the owner--came to inspect our mold issue and confirmed that we had a problem. By the next morning, it was fixed. While he was working on our mold remediation, Shirish noted several other problems with our house, including a previously undiscovered termite infestation that, it turned out, was threatening the structural integrity of our garage! He also noted a few issues with our gutters and drainage that were likely contributing the problem. Shirish spent time with us--free of charge--reviewing our options. Mind you, he did not stand to make a dime on any of the other projects! Still, he took the time to help guide us through these projects, telling us how much we should expect to pay and what to tell the other contractors. I unreservedly recommend Allergen Control. Shirish is one of the kindest, most perceptive people you will meet. I trust him completely."

"They were well versed in his knowledge and very personable, he was professional and very efficient and thorough. The inspection was top notch and information given during and after was well worth it. I believe the value of the inspection and information far exceeded the expense! I will definitely being using this service in the future for all my inspection needs."
