He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !!
