"We purchased a Big Deal for two hours' worth of plumbing services from Jerry Woodward. We had two projects that needed attention: a leaking clean out drain and an outdoor faucet that had to be replaced. My wife called and set up an appointment with the plumber, and also asked a few questions about the scope of the project and the work that could be completed within the allotted time. 
Mike was the plumber who arrived on the appointed day. He examined the two jobs that we had in mind, quickly determined what needed to be done, and gave my wife a list of parts that she should buy for one of the tasks while he worked on the other with materials that he had in his truck. He explained carefully what he could do and the follow up steps that should be done at a later time.
Mike could not replace the cracked clean out pipe in the allotted time, so he resealed the cap and recommended a replacement in the future. He did replace the existing outdoor faucet, installed a shut off valve, and replaced outdated copper fixtures with hardware that could easily connect to PVC irrigation lines in the future. Both jobs were finished within the two hours covered by our Big Deal and the work was nicely done. Additionally, Mike was VERY tolerant and pleasant about our 3-year-old son's endless stream of questions about the work he was doing, so that was a big plus, too! 
Our experience was certainly consistent with the many other high reviews that Jerry Woodward has received from Angie's List members, and we are glad to add our views.

"It was good. They kept rescheduling and rescheduling and then the rain came in. They couldn't work and they rescheduled again. I just had to buy my own paint. They were good. I would let them know that they do good at what they do but they will reschedule several times before they get the work done. I would use them but I would have to be patient."
