"We've lived in our house 4 years but the house is 17 years old.  I never had the garage doors looked at. Andrew's was thorough in their inspection. They indicated the cables were stretched out but they were able to tighten them. The technician warned me they will need to be replaced before too long.  The technician also replaced the rollers.  There was an extra charge for this ($90) beyond the fee paid for the inspection. I expected this because of other reviews I read but company could do a better job of informing customer about this before replacing.  The technician was not timely. I did not get a reminder the day before and the technician was supposed to arrive between 9-noon.  I called around 1 PM and they had my appointment request and confirmation but it never made it on their calendar. They came as soon as they could after that but it was about 4 PM before they arrived when the original window was between 9 & 12.
