"Gil is a pleasure to work with. After my initial contact he came by as scheduled to review the job site and meet with me. Work was scheduled that same week and completed in 3 work days. Gil’s crew was skilled and efficient. Gil did note that I had some drainage issues and recommended the addition of drains to the concrete project. His price for the drain was competitive and would insure that my side yard drainage issues that occurred during heavy rains are remedied. Gil and his crew poured/finished a beautiful new walkway. They also did an excellent clean up when finished. I highly recommend GM Pacific Pro (Gil) and plan to use his excellent skills in the future for more projects."

"Job went very well. Shlomi and Miguel showed up right on time. Only had to make two small holes in the wall, they were very good at fishing cable though the walls, it was not a straight shot. Also get some good information for future projects. Would use them again for other projects."

"Basically Brigada Builders renovated our whole house with building a new masters bath room and a new CHEF'S KITCHEN.
 The work involved the following:
1- tearing down 2 bath rooms, a fire place and some walls.
2- gutting 4 rooms and refinish them.
3- re-configuration and building of new walls as well as building from scratch the masters bath room.
4- Building & Installing completely a new kitchen including a 48" range. hood, 42'' subzero refrigerator and more.
5- Installing over 2000 Square feet of tile, including all walls & the ceilings in 2 showers.
6- re-fitting all the necessary plumbing, including INSTANT water heater and all other elements such as faucets etc..
7- re-painting 7 rooms including decorative detail work.
8- building a new closet
9- supplying and installing 32 recessed LED lights as well as a chandelier and 4 outside lights.
10- building a pantry and installing shelves all over the house.
11- installing new doors inside the house.
12- Installing new glass in one existing large window and one existing sliding door.

"Carlos did a great job fixing my gates, painting them and resetting latches so they worked better. This is the second time he has come to fix and paint the gates! At some point I may have to replace part of one gate and I will gladly have him do the work. I really appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to ‘sell me’ on doing it right away since patching and painting would work for now. He also painted a bathroom for me and it looks terrific. Carlos showed up with the paint and managed to prep, paint and clean up in just a few hours! He is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and I will certainly use him in the future. He offers very good service at reasonable/fair pricing. I am very pleased with his work and recommend you call him if you need ‘help’ fixing something!"
