For perspective, I’m older-and live alone, having been in a 32 year marriage where my husband took care of the “Handyman” tasks, combined with my current mobility issues I was at a disadvantage and lacking the ability to complete the “Handyman” projects that Kyle took care of. Kyle is the type of person who goes above and beyond, he approaches each task as if he were completing it for his own home or for a family or friend. Kyle has been responsive, does quality work for reasonable and affordable pricing. He is thoughtful, personable, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and authentic. I’ve referred Easy Living Properties to many others. I trust Kyle to always do the right thing in my best interest not his and have not been disappointed. I asked Kyle to stop by my next door neighbors home to see her garage landing in order to build a similar one for me. They got to chatting and he noticed that her outdoor deck was very unsafe and pulling away from her home, she wasn’t aware of this at all!
