Jason and his crew kept us up to date with progress, rough estimates on % done and remaining, and any delays with material or labor. We also expanded scope and did slight design tweaks through the process, which Jason was accommodating of and provided revised estimates ahead of starting any new work. "We were VERY pleased with Mr. Bales.  He was punctual, polite and did great work.  My husband and I had a miscommunication over the purchase of the screen kit for our new sliding door and Mr. Bales went up to Menards and brought it back for me so I dind't have to load up the kids and deal with it.  I had some nice conversations about his work with Habitat for Humanity as well.
