Ethan met with me several times leading up to this work and was always thoughtful and generous with his time. He and his team (two other guys worked on the project with him) are enormously courteous, friendly, and professional and respectful of one another (nice collegiality). As our neighbors were allowing us to use their driveway for access to their backyard, it was important that their space be well cared-for. They were totally conscientious and cleaned their driveway at the end of every day; the workspace was always tidy. They completed this job, even with the intense heat, in less than a week. "I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Fixed the leaks around the chimney, and installed drip edge on the apartment roof. Very reasonable rates, and cleaned up all the work areas. I had him come back and stain my 3 decks, he is very efficient and does a great job. I will definitely use his company again for any projects I have coming up."
