My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. Also, the additional lighting it provides in my garage nicely lights up the area where my tools and work area is."
