Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."

"Joey and James worked diligently in extreme heat to install two, patio ceiling fans. Fans look great with no wobble. The bathroom light fixture requires a licensed electrician and Joey and James did not charge me for time spent on this job. I really appreciated their honesty."

My husband was out of town and a rat died in our laundry room behind the hot water heater and James moved things out of the way and was able to reach behind it- with gloves on- and retrieve the deceased rat and got rid of it for me. He also moved everything back the way it was! I highly recommend them!!"
