"The owner of this business, Greg Jungkuntz, repaired and painted the exterior of my house, which is mostly brick but also has wood siding and lots of windows. I had waited a few years too long to get this done, so there was a lot of repair work on window sills, siding, and trim. It was a big job and required a lot of ladder work. He gives meticulous attention to detail, and is incredibly neat. I am thrilled with the result--as a neighbor observed, the new, brighter color makes the house "pop" from the curb, and stands up to close scrutiny as well. He gave me a very reasonable price for such a big job.

In addition to the exterior painting, he also helped me clean up and re-paint a room in the basement after a leak from a downspout went undetected for too long. I was happy with this work as well.

Painting is his specialty, but he is a reliable, all-around handyman. i call him for all kinds of jobs around the house. He is usually able to take care of things himself, but he will also tell me if something is beyond his expertise. I am happy to highly recommend him."

"Being new to the Milford area, it's so good to find a reliable, friendly local handyman business. Our project was for removing and installing 2 toilets. I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. Rita apologized and sent repairmen within 2 hours the same day and resolved the problem at no extra charge! We appreciate their professionalism and integrity in making sure the job is done right. "We were very happy with Custom Colors and their crew. Our house was in DIRE need of a good paint job and we knew the prep work would be the most important. The crew spent good 4 days prepping the house. They thoroughly scraped and sanded the chippy spots on the wood and they puttied the windows (which were in terrible shape.) They were friendly and did a great job cleaning up each day. They also took on the role of exterminator when they found various wasp nests behind the shutters and in the bushes. We are very happy with results. It looks like a new house! We got a bid that was a bit cheaper, but looking at other reviews, we went with Custom Colors because every review was very impressed with the amount and quality of the prep."

"I wasn't sure the steps could even be repaired since so much concrete had chipped off and cracked over the years.  But Grover Woody came out and looked it over and gave me an estimate on the spot.  Weather and our being out of town postponed the job, but we set a new timeline, and he came just when expected, did a wonderful job fixing the steps.  I'm so pleased with the result, and that I decided to check on repair rather than just go with replacement.  I couldn't be more pleased with the interaction with Mr. Woody and with the work he did.

"GREAT. They also fixed a nail hole that was really obvious in my living room ceiling (two story so I could no way reach that high on my ladder). They took care of my house, were extremely pleasant, and everything was back in its right place when I got home on Day 2! This will be the third time I've used them - twice on interior and once on exterior. maybe twice on exterior come to think of it.
