"Great! Samuel did an amazing job. He and his helper cleaned windows, sills, and storms so that they absolutely sparkled. They removed all the storms to wash them, cleaned off the screens and washed the windows inside and out. They had to move furniture around here and there and did so carefully without causing damage. I work from home and they were quiet and courteous which I really appreciated so I did not lose a day of work. I was amazed they did such a good job and got it all done in one work day. The price I was quoted was right in between 2 others--one on the high end and one on the low end. I liked that Mel showed up personally to do the estimate, exactly when he said he would, demonstrated how the storms would be removed and cleaned, and told me the name of the person to expect and when he would arrive. "George is a very personable guy and worked hard to make sure the job was done well. His bid to paint the entire exterior of the house was better than the other bid I got by long shot. His guys worked fairly quickly getting the house painted in a few days. 
His company also painted the interior of one of the 1 bedroom apartments and did a nice job. There was an issue that a pervious leak showed through on the ceiling and when I asked George to look at it he sent his guys to prime and repaint it. I appreciated that.
He replaced a small deck and went through the lengthy process of permits and historical society approval with patience.
All in all, I'm happy with George.
