"Jason came on time and he was very professional and courteous. He fixed all the gates and the fence and evaluated the windows and tried so hard to find a part to fix it later. I will definitely hire him every time there is a repair to do at home and already recommended him to all my friends."

"Marco arrived on time, quickly surveyed the issues, and got to work. He also made a Home Depot run for us. Everything went very well. We were able to take care of several long-standing problems, and we got a professional opinion about other projects. Very nice man, too!"

"GM Pacific Pro Construction As an avid DIYer , it’s rare for me to allow someone to do work for me. From home repairs , automotive, and electronics, my trust in others doing the job correctly has been a major concern- hence DIY. Because of the difficulty, time and my age, I contacted GM Pacific Pro Construction to give me an estimate on a roofing project. I’d seen the quality of work as they completed my neighbors new roof. I met Gil, who arrived on time to review my project. I found Gil, friendly, easy to discuss needs with and, most importantly, I felt fully confident in trusting GM Pacific Pro Construction to do a quality job. The price was right for me, so without a second estimate , I accepted Gil’s bid for the job. The work team , Gil included, arrived on time to start the job. Everything needed had been ordered ahead , and had arrived the day before work started. The work TEAM was obviously experienced, worked efficiently , and in one day I had my roof project done to perfection. I had no clean-up, no added expenses, and no disruption to my day. I’ve been part of and managed customer service teams , from 12 to 35 members , over 36 years for a major Corporation ;Gil and his team worked as “one” to smoothly finish my project. GM Pacific Pro Construction is truly a “Best Practice” business I’d use again , and I easily and highly recommend ."

"Les went above and beyond making sure that everything was sealed against the weather. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner and cleaned up at the end of every day. He took extra care to be sure our gate was always closed so our dogs wouldn't get out while he was working. The patio cover looks brand new and we're now ready for summer, thanks to Les. We will definitely be calling him again when the need arises. Thanks Les!!"

"Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"WINGHAM REMODEL PROJECT SUMMER/FALL 2015
Abstract:
We?re the Wingham family. George and Penelope, our grandbaby, Veronica Estrada and Livvy, our Terrier. We've lived here 41 years. I'm crippled with service-connected disabilities.. Penny may need a heart transplant. So our home needed to be made safer and much more user-friendly to serve our needs. Accordingly, we decided to explore the open concept strategy.
A project such as this is a major life-changing decision involving considerable expense and time. We selected Nexxus Remodeling Inc. for a) a comprehensive evaluation of our needs, and b) a written estimate to follow.
Background:
Tony Panterra, the owner met with us. We jointly formulated a plan of action. Both interior AND exterior renovation was decided. THE ENTIRE HOUSE. We lived in the back throughout?Crews became like part of our family
Our project taken estimated 1500 to 2000 MAN HOURS. Firstly, process involved four basic steps, namely a) kitchen, b) half bath, c) restoration of our original hardwood floors and d) installation of recessed (pot) lights throughout. But as time passed, MANY MORE CHANGES IN PROJECT SIZE AND SCOPE.
Priorities:
a) Main electrical panel needed 200 Amp upgrade. b) Existing wiring needed upgrade. c) Tankless water heater, d) power move for hot tub, and e) relocation of washer/dryer to side yard for continuous use during project. Duly executed??..
Crews arrived 15 July. Tony introduced us to John, his superintendent and Zion, John's second in command. Both John and Zion are Israeli soldiers. I am a Vietnam war veteran. Common ground. Work began. Military precision best describes the forthcoming renovation process. Crews worked tirelessly EVERY DAY. FULL DAYS. UNTIL COMPLETION. OFTEN MULTIPLE CREWS. Tony Panterra, Nexxus owner surveyed progress MOST EVERY DAY.
Project progression:
I?m a mover. I had my own crew help me gut the entire house interior. All but the biggest furniture was loaded into a storage container.. Carpet removal provided insight as to floor condition in advance? No surprises?? Home Depot sale involved purchasing multiple state-of-the-art stainless appliances at one time. Five kitchen and laundry appliances. Combining my military discount, we saved many thousands of dollars that could be put toward other necessities. Another savings. Tony saved us additional thousands of dollars (contractor discount) helping Penny select and purchase floor tiles, quartz countertops and backsplashes, bath tile (floor to ceiling), light fixtures, furniture and other items?.
Demolition of both kitchen and half bath simultaneously, quickly and smoothly. Permits pulled for structural and electrical needs. At first a peninsula facing living room was the plan. However this evolved into a rectangular island. Next step is engineering.
Addendum/Change Order Time:
Pen wanted the new place to be perfect. Addendums taken place throughout this entire process. Considerable extra cost. A 27 foot header was installed to support the house roof. Additional headers needed as other walls demolished. Support posts and foundation retrofit provided. Designing process intensive. Once kitchen was gutted, plans for carpentry, woodwork, custom cabinet design, counter tops/backsplashes, tile flooring etc began. Tony Panterra was right there advising us as to options to make this work. Couldn?t have done this without him.
Meanwhile, crews began half bath reconstruction. At this point, Penny decided to upgrade our full bath. Additional plans and design. Extensive plumbing modification. Additional costs were not a factor as they were comprehensively explained and agreed upon.
While all this was going on, extensive new drywall plus necessary floating/patching of existing ceilings/walls taken place. Exterior stucco was patched, repaired and prepped for painting. Removal and installation of new rain gutters and downspouts performed. Ultimately, exterior painting executed. Upon preparation of interior walls and ceilings painting commenced. Important to note these operations also taken place simultaneously without any interruption. Multiple crews.
Both bathrooms were completed. Lighting fixtures and medicine cabinets were installed. Half-bath is superb. Placement of controls plus additional grab handles promotes safer use of the new shower. Another renovation and additional expense. cabinet on the landing was demolished. A BONUS. New location for for a large breakfront was designed. This gives us a formal dining room.
We even paved the street median strip to match the rest of our landscaping.
Finale:
It is now late November. We?re settling in?.We?ll be busy rest of our lives exploring placement options of existing and new household items and furniture. MOST IMPORTANT - WE?RE ECSTATIC ABOUT THE NEW HOME TONY PANTERRA AND NEXXUS REMODELING INC MADE POSSIBLE. LIKE BEING A FIRST-TIME HOME BUYER 41 YEARS LATER.
