During that period, in addition to performing general yard cleanups and smaller tree cutting/trimming tasks, Kevin and his team have installed a sizable stockade fence along the rear perimeter of our property, constructed an enclosed, wood and wire vegetable garden, designed/built a distinctive, multi-use pergola with abutting retaining wall feature in our backyard and handled numerous repairs and enhancements to our outdoor deck, front porch and various doors. "Ralph and his worker did a great job installing and taping sheetrock for a detached garage. He communicated effectively and notified me when he needed to adjust his schedule. He is conscientious and works hard to ensure your satisfaction. I would hire him again based on his results. His pricing is competitive with other drywall professionals. Despite not expecting a "paint ready" finish, (its a garage) , I am certain it would look great if I decided to apply a sealer/primer and finish coat."

"They came as a three worker unit which for a single job or a simple repair would be too many people costing more than it should. I had a 24'x6' old porch ceiling with soffit vinyl needing replacement and a crawl area beneath the house with perhaps 3 feet of clearance. The utilities and sewer drain came up from the ground and were protected by a 6'x6' heated enclosure that needed insulation. During the winter the animals would dig into this and pull down the existing fiberglass batting and make their nest beneath the house. Neither job was by itself terribly hard but for one person which is what one expects when looking for a handyman they were pains (especially the crawl space box which required hours kneeling.) "Locke it In" completed both jobs well and met their cost estimate. The ceiling vinyl looks great. The crawl space box is covered in silvered R-13 Sheathing that I hope the wild life cannot use for bedding come the winter."

"We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again."
