I contacted Victor Tirondola and scheduled an appointment to discuss what I wanted done. It was nice to see him again. He provided me with a quote that included power washing the house, replacing rotted wood with composite, caulking all exterior windows, and using a double coating of Sherwin Williams Duration paint (I upgraded the paint). I was pleased to see the same gentleman, Francisco, who painted my house 10 years earlier was still with this family run company. It was nice to see him again too.
