"Lucas and his family did an amazing job repairing the drywall in my home after I had all the pipes in my home replaced with new copper piping. There were 18 large holes put into the walls and ceilings. Lucas insured all the holes were perfectly drywalled to a smooth finish and then repainted the walls. Now you cannot tell at all that there were holes throughout the house - it looks like it did before the repiping! Also, he even touched up places in the wall where the previous owners had damaged the wall (I didn't ask him to, he just did it to my surprise and delight). Also, he had to work around some plumbing delays and was super accomodating. He insured that even with the plumbing delays his project finished on time! Great, great, great company! I strongly recommend them."

"Had originally just needed a repair in the eve area where raccoons has caused some damage. They came and gave me a quote for it and then also told me they could repair my deck and add a new roof and repaint my whole house and gave me such an amazing price I couldn't turn it down. "During the month of April 2019, Renovation Service Group, LLC, performed outstanding, exceptional work at my home. Mr. Rasca estimated the work I originally contacted Home Advisor about, but he also noted other work that "SHOULD" be done. He took pictures of the areas and discussed with me what had happened and how to correct the problems. He was not "pushy" or "overbearing", he simply stated his findings. I appreciated this approach to the problems, which I had not noted. Not only did I have his findings as to the damages, I also had pictures of the damages. I was seeing through the pictures areas I would be unable to see from the ground. Mr. Rasca and his workers: (1) repaired four interior drywalls damaged by water, (2) replaced a missing piece of siding, (3) cleaned the gutters and the down spout, (4) installed gutter guards and down spout adapters, (5) graded side yard next to the house where water had entered, (6) repaired and replaced outdoor water faucet, (7) cleaned the fireplace bricks (beautiful job!), (8) replaced defective light sensor outside kitchen door, (9) replaced defective kitchen storm door and worn exterior door trim, (10) cleaned 16 interior and exterior windows, (11) replaced interior cracked window putty where needed, and (12) repaired squeaky wood floor (I didn't know that could be done!). When the workers completed their work, they cleaned up so well you would never know they had worked in these areas. Their job was so well done, it looked as though no damages had ever occurred. I can't say enough about my experience in dealing with Mr. Rasca and his Group. He is the most professional, polite gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with.
