"Very prompted return of my email. Came for an estimate two days later on time. Very professional but still personable and his partner. They had had a cancel and time was available in two days. I scheduled same for 9 am start. Jim was my third bid and was the lowest by far. One by 2/3'ds !!! Arrived on time and completed as fast and beautiful looking job.
