"We purchased a mid-century farm house and nearly every room had cracks on the plaster walls and ceilings. As well as wallpaper throughout the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Naturally, our family did not have the expertise or time to address all the cosmetic fixes in the house therefore, we decided to recruit professional painters. We had multiple general contractors and painters visit the house to review the work needed to repair the walls, ceilings, kitchen, baths, patio and shed, but none of these businessmen were as thorough and articulate as Mr. Fermin Ortiz owner of “International Painting LLC.” Fermin spent almost three hours walking through the house and property.
