"Manuel, the Owner of Merchan’s Painting was very responsive. He arrived on site, on time, as scheduled. He reviewed the work I needed and provided an estimate. Manuel can perform many services in addition to painting. He did some very nice carpentry work on our front porch and steps and he did a very good job. Despite some material shortages, Manuel crafted some pieces to match because they were not available at the lumber yard. He did a great job. Will certainly work with Merchan’s Painting in the future. "I had two estimates of about 5k and two at about 9k for the same whole house exterior washing, staining and painting job, and also some carpentry. Service Unlimited came in toward the low end but their contractor, Yovany, did an excellent job and was responsive to my requests. I stayed home throughout and watched as the job progressed, which may have helped. Highly recommended."
