"Synthetic Coating actually painted the entire inside of our home (including ceilings) and stripped / restained all of the cabinets and added new hardware throughout the house. He added new sinks, granite countertops and a complex backsplash in the kitchen. He made sure that his vendors kept their promises during the onset of the pandemic so that our remodeling project could be completed. He was excellent to work with, as professional and knowledgable as possible. He works cleanly and is a man of his word. He is highly recommended and we will rehire him for other projects."

"They cleaned, repaired, and painted the exterior of home. Very well done, cleaned, and didn't mind changing things as we went along"

"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. The team are all very young, but are extremely efficient and hard working. As stated, they were always on time and exhibited a great attitude at any and all tiimes. They reacted to problems or issues with alacrity and worked extremely hard during their time on site. I am extremely pleased with the results and would recommend them for and type of painting."

"I appreciate the good work that was done on the exterior painting on my home I will definitely recommend them to family and friends"

"They did a great job. My home looks nice and clean. They painted the exterior of my home! Great job"

"HQ provided estimates of the work to be done. They check with me frequently on the project costs to remove or add in additional work as the job progressed. The costs were as expected given the increased or decreased scope of the project. Very clean in execution of the work. Checked with me on any changes in materials. Felt very comfortable through the entire job. They painted, repaired rotted wood, removed nails, removed faulty gutter, removed stone planters, painted the mailbox and light sconces. All the work was very professional. Loved the quality of their work. Have called them back to do more work for me. Would hightly recommend them to others."

"I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. I will use this company again for other projects and highly recommend this company"

"Fast honest on time and cleaned up work area very well"

"MR. Ramirez was very professional in working with him from start to finish. They were the 3rd contractor i contacted about pouring me a 67'x 12' RV driveway, and were hired because he did everything he said he would. -showed up on the day and on time to assess the work for wuote -worked up a quote with proposal and start date while on site -began work on the day we agreed on -poured the concrete when he said they would -made sure my property looked better when they left than when they showed up They will be doing more work for me in the future."
