"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. The team are all very young, but are extremely efficient and hard working. As stated, they were always on time and exhibited a great attitude at any and all tiimes. The costs were as expected given the increased or decreased scope of the project. Very clean in execution of the work. Checked with me on any changes in materials. Felt very comfortable through the entire job. They painted, repaired rotted wood, removed nails, removed faulty gutter, removed stone planters, painted the mailbox and light sconces.
