"The painting and staining crew did exactly what we asked, so there is no fault there. The only reason to give a 4.5 in customer service is because I wish the crew would have said a couple of times, "are you sure this is what you want?" Because after it was done, there are a few changes I wished we had asked for that are apparent after the fact, but would have meant extra time and money. I know that would have slowed the job and it isn't their fault, and we can make the changes after the fact. But still, to be a 10 star they could have used their expertise and brought the small issues to our attention."

He didn't take any breaks as he felt he could finish in time to have a late lunch. He put 2 coats of paint on the shed. and filled in any areas that needed extra caulk.
