"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. It was hard for me to find a painter who would take on this relatively small job. After a 4 -5 years the old paint under the new peeled off leaving bare wood. We could not get an appraisal with bare wood showing. Kanell's Painting Service workers scraped the paint under all of the eves, and also did the same to nearby beams that were not on the original work requested, because the paint was blistering. They did an excellent job, and were careful, and cleaned up completely. We were very pleased with their work! They repaired/repainted a little more than the original request. the final result was excellent."
