The manager is on top of things, and he is very professional and responsible. "Thrilled with the work performed by Gene & his crew! I would hire them again in a heartbeat (and likely will). Respectful & communicative. Most importantly, to me, was their thoroughness & attention to detail. For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"

The finished product which included painting a house w/trim, a fence and handrail looked like a new house. "Very happy with BG. I had a very small job- I didn't think any painter would take their time to deal with it. Teresa came by and looked- the only contractor that did. She gave me a very realistic estimate. Other contractors did it by photo and really had no idea how small the job was and they sent me ridiculous quotes- likely because they just didn't want to mess with such a small job. The problem was it was a spot 20+ feet off the ground. Would have done it myself- but ladder rental and getting the ladder to my house would be difficult. Teresa's guy stopped by and did the job very quickly and perfectly. Will definitely call them again when I need help."
