"It was super windy the day he stained our deck & it was difficult to keep the stain going where it needed to be & therefore, there were a few spots that were missed. Also, there were 4-5 screws that were holding down the winter blanket that should have been removed & the deck stained. These were not removed & so Edward has agreed to come back next week to complete the project to my satisfaction. Since it was guaranteed for a year I feel quite confident that he will keep his word.
