"Edward Jr. was quick to reply to my estimate request and answered a load of questions as I compared contractors. The crew was led by Edward Sr. and they were super professional in all aspects of the work. I had foam roofing installed, weather coating, extensive parapet repair, and the entire house painted. "First, I need to say, Jesus was the first & only to contact us from Angi. He was professionally responsive which was greatly appreciated. Then as promised, My Premium Drywall got the supplies delivered and went to work within a few days, and finally they completely cleaned our house back to pre-job condition, and hauled the excess material off the site so that we could start painting! "Before they started they made sure that I saw what the paint looked like on the house. It actually looked quite different on stucco than on the paint chip. They arranged to have the color altered so that it ended up looking as we had hoped it would on the house. They were prompt and always courteous. I would highly recommend them."

"Everything went great from getting the quotes from Alvaro to getting the work started and finished. Alvaro came out and gave us some options for stucco repair. This included just repairing and trying to match the original color (note that our house is paint on gray 'stucco'), repair and painting the whole house, or repair and restucco of the entire house. Based on price and Alvaro's comments about being able to match color and texture (he indicated that he could match color and texture by about 90%), we went with the whole house restucco. He was able to schedule us for the next week.
On Monday that the work was to begin, Alvaro's crew came out bright and early (8AM) and got started. They worked hard and worked a full day each day. The work was completed in 4 full days (1700 sq. ft 2 story house). Due to unavailability of the custom stucco color, they did have to take one day off, so the whole process took 5 days. Alvaro did contact us promptly concerning the delay and explained the situation. Alvaro stopped by at least a few times every day to check on the progress and update us on the schedule and what the workers were doing. They cleaned up everything and the house looks brand new; we are very pleased with the end result and have had many neighbors comment on how great the house looked. Alvaro was a pleasure to work with and I'd definitely hire him and his crew again if I need stucco work.

"Tony "Ocho" Lopez was the best! He was extremely professional, fair and enthusiastic. He is a licensed painter and did extremely good quality work. I had two night stands, a bed frame, and a dresser that I wanted a different color. Tony sanded everything super smooth, got rid of all the nicks and dents in the old wood, and made it look brand new with a new coat of paint. He came to my house and did all the work in my garage, no work on my part needed. If you're looking for a fast, quality painter to do paint jobs at your house Tony is the way to go!
