"Overall mostly positive but disappointed too. They don’t want to re-caulk seams, even large gaps. I was able to stop a BIG mistake before it happened, had the paint opposite. Took almost entire day to get the paint corrected, so they just sat around after they applied what was correct. I had selected stain for my new fence, two tone to match the house. I am not sure they used all stain on the fence, trim looks like they used the paint leftover and didn’t finish all of the fence trim. Some areas missed, section of the fence and detail on peak of the house was painted main color, no trim. Garage doors stuck shut after finished. Paint splattered on walkways. Drips of paint hardened and I had to ask for touch-up. Areas of detail not cut in with care. Lots of little things. Kevin was in charge of my job and he is very nice but not with the crew daily."
