"We contracted with Chavez Painting to paint 3 large bedrooms, an upstairs hallway, and a stairwell with a high ceiling. They painted the walls, trim, doors and ceilings. When Mr. Chavez visited to provide a quote, he left us with a Sherwin Williams sample book of all their colors so we had plenty of time to select colors. He purchased the paint for us saving a trip to the paint store. Mr. Chavez and his team arrived on time, were very courteous and worked diligently. Before painting, they did a careful job fixing issues with the walls (nail pops, dings, gouges, and separating drywall seams). They covered our carpeting and all the furniture and sanded the walls before applying paint. They finished in two days and their work was beautifully done. We are very pleased with the result. A long problem seam we used to stare at every day going downstairs is gone! They repaired this difficult spot. We will use them again when we are ready to have the downstairs painted."

"The whole process went very smoothly and efficiently. I had used Manor Works to paint the exterior of my house 10 years ago and so I was familiar with their process. I contacted Victor Tirondola and scheduled an appointment to discuss what I wanted done. It was nice to see him again. He provided me with a quote that included power washing the house, replacing rotted wood with composite, caulking all exterior windows, and using a double coating of Sherwin Williams Duration paint (I upgraded the paint). I was pleased to see the same gentleman, Francisco, who painted my house 10 years earlier was still with this family run company. It was nice to see him again too. They do an excellent job on everything. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to others."

"Rodas is hands down the best painter I have ever worked with…and I have worked with many. I’ve had such a bad experience with several painters that at some point, I began painting everything myself. However, since moving to a new home and not having enough time, I hired Rodas Painting after a friend recommended them. I was blown away first by the amount of prep they did to take care of my home as not to damage anything or prevent dust spreading all over the house — we all know how painful the clean up is after a big paint job. "Had them come to do some interior painting for our home. Did get an estimate from another company and Pint the DMV was less by a significant margin. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."

There were a few places where paint had gotten onto our wood trim and they were able to get it cleaned up immediately. Only area for improvement was estimating how much paint was needed. We had to make 3 trips to the paint store over 2 days because they kept needing more paint!"
