I contacted Victor Tirondola and scheduled an appointment to discuss what I wanted done. It was nice to see him again. He provided me with a quote that included power washing the house, replacing rotted wood with composite, caulking all exterior windows, and using a double coating of Sherwin Williams Duration paint (I upgraded the paint). I was pleased to see the same gentleman, Francisco, who painted my house 10 years earlier was still with this family run company. It was nice to see him again too. They do an excellent job on everything. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to others."
