"Sean Kennedy Painting did a terrific job inside and outside our home. Sean and Eric were very personable and terrific to work with. They were very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen with many years of experience. The interior work they did was truly amazing. One room they painted was a room with tongue and groove wood that required a deep knowledge of how to treat the wood in preparation for painting. They even caulked the seams. The room came out beautifully and is really a showpiece. Sean and Eric did a terrific job painting the exterior of our house. They were meticulous in all aspects. They power washed the house and covered everything when painting including the roof. Sean even vacuumed up paint chips! They scraped AND sanded peeling areas and primed the bare wood in Preparation for the finish coats. They identified areas of rot and brought in a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. We were going to purchase new shutters but Sean said they could remove the shutters and spray paint them. The shutters look brand new. They are concerned about spending money unnecessarily! Included in the price was painting doors and basement windows which again came out beautifully. Kennedy Painting’s price was very fair. They were very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual starting early everyday. They worked hard as painting is a physically demanding occupation. Sean and Eric are honest and very trust worthy. We would go to appointments, etc. and leave the house open for them. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and we would recommend them without reservation."

"Brian came to our house and made recommendations last year. This year we decided to paint and stain the entire exterior our house in the three colors that had been last done in 2009. His team came, prepped each area of the house with care and the results are fantastic. They repaired several areas where wooden railings and balusters needed fixing and made sure that the garden areas were protected. The house is brighter and cleaner looking, and the work was done with amazing care. The painters are artists. Brian was on location several times during the job, keeping everything perfect and on track, even with the pauses for rain. "Lindo responded to my request for a quotation more promptly than two other painting companies. Most of the painting in my house will be interior, but the exterior doors were painted on Monday before the weather gets too cold. Omar did an excellent job: he cleaned up, was polite, put everything back the way it was, and the quality of the painting makes our doors look like new, including the two front "double" doors and a side door. During the job, whenever there was a question, Omar always did the higher quality approach, even if it took a little longer: he removed all the small window shades that were on the door and their hardware (and put it back), he patched a couple of holes in the doors, he prepared the surfaces including sanding existing paint, he painted all nearby wood, including the door frames, using exterior green or exterior white, and then used interior white on the insides of the doors. Painting of all the remaining interior work will be this winter; if that's done as well as Omar did on the doors on Monday, then my wife and I will be very happy."

"Work was performed exactly as discussed and agreed to (match existing paint colors) at estimated cost. Start was delayed at our request due to high heat and humidity, with no complaints. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us.
