"We had purchased a deal for help after removing wallpaper from a bedroom- part of the ceiling/corner was damaged and we needed help with paste removal. We were not in any hurry but when Steve called a few days later and offered to start the job, we were a little surprised. He offered to come over within a few hours time (on a Sunday morning!). I think we expected the services to be provided by a "guild" of professional painters, but its actually a clever use of Steve's surname- Guild. We ended up getting a lot more work done than originally anticipated- the bedroom prepped and painted and our dining room repainted. Steve was always enthusiastic and willing to do any extra work- which is probably why he was not always on time- he really gets into his work and puts in extra time as needed. While it wasn't a problem for us as retirees, if we were still working time critical jobs, it would have been an issue. We were pleased with the work, the cost, all of the helpful suggestions for our next project, and the attention to neatness and clean up.
