"Sean Kennedy Painting did a terrific job inside and outside our home. Sean and Eric were very personable and terrific to work with. They were very skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen with many years of experience. The interior work they did was truly amazing. One room they painted was a room with tongue and groove wood that required a deep knowledge of how to treat the wood in preparation for painting. They even caulked the seams. The room came out beautifully and is really a showpiece. Sean and Eric did a terrific job painting the exterior of our house. They were meticulous in all aspects. They power washed the house and covered everything when painting including the roof. Sean even vacuumed up paint chips! They scraped AND sanded peeling areas and primed the bare wood in Preparation for the finish coats. They identified areas of rot and brought in a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. We were going to purchase new shutters but Sean said they could remove the shutters and spray paint them. The shutters look brand new. They are concerned about spending money unnecessarily! Included in the price was painting doors and basement windows which again came out beautifully. Kennedy Painting’s price was very fair. They were very professional, extremely responsive and very punctual starting early everyday. They worked hard as painting is a physically demanding occupation. Sean and Eric are honest and very trust worthy. We would go to appointments, etc. and leave the house open for them. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and we would recommend them without reservation."

"Brian came to our house and made recommendations last year. This year we decided to paint and stain the entire exterior our house in the three colors that had been last done in 2009. His team came, prepped each area of the house with care and the results are fantastic. They repaired several areas where wooden railings and balusters needed fixing and made sure that the garden areas were protected. The house is brighter and cleaner looking, and the work was done with amazing care. The painters are artists. Brian was on location several times during the job, keeping everything perfect and on track, even with the pauses for rain. The grounds were left in clean and neat order at the end, and we are thrilled with the job."

"I hired Silva Express Painting after searching for a company to paint the interior of my home after we had some water damage. Chet came out quickly and looked over the job and provided me with a detailed estimate. Chet was very professional and easy to talk to-he listened to what I wanted done. The decision to go with his company was an easy one! I was able to get on his schedule rather quickly. He and his team did an excellent job! They were respectful of our property and personal space. They showed up EVERY day and ON TIME. This was not an easy job-fixing the water damage/stains, patching of nail holes, removing wallpaper, and working around all the furniture. He's professional, a great communicator, has great attention to detail and has experience in so many different areas/can do a wide variety of projects (and if there's something he can't personally do/procure, he has a large network in the area that can help). His pricing is fair and the work gets done in a timely manner. He's helped us with the following: - interior painting (walls, doors, molding/trim) - refinishing of hardwood floors - kitchen remodel (new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, refinishing/painting of cabinetry, appliance install) - custom door install/replacement (including widening a doorframe) - outdoor shower repair - next up is staining our fence I don't think there's anything we've asked of Mack that he hasn't been able to do himself or outsource through another subcontractor. Whatever home project we have in mind, we'll always reach out to Mack for help!"

"Very prompt response after initial contact. Specialty painting was exactly what I needed and this small owner-operated business fit the bill completely. We had an initial visit where we met & he assessed what needed to be done. He has a terrific eye for color, and matched exactly what I had. Scheduling was very soon thereafter, with no delays. The repair of the damaged portions of my 30-year old faux surface is now complete and nobody could ever tell a repair has been done, it is so seamless. Very reasonable price, as well.
