They were the only company to provide a five year warranty to their work. Shaun is the owner, and he completed the estimate in a very detailed fashion. Where other companies wanted to charge extra for side gates or balcony railings, he included all of it. His son Rex was the contact through the process. His communication was prompt, detailed, and outstanding. He made three separate trips out to our house just to show us different paint options. When the process was slowed by weather, he was quite apologetic, even though he had no control over that. Throughout the painting, he made regular inquiries to ensure that everything was to our liking. Jose and Joseph took care of the painting, and they are true craftsmen. They painted the ceilings and interior walls of a house where a smoker had lived and offered options to help remove the nicotine smell. They added some scents to the primer and also rented an ozone machine too and ran it in the evenings as they left. After doing all of that and painting the walls the nicotine smell has gone away!!!
