He worked both independently and with a helper at times, and his attention to detail was outstanding throughout the entire process. He replaced damaged boards, thoroughly sanded, and beautifully stained both our deck and the screened‑in porch below it. He even went above and beyond by taking care of our arbor as well, which was such a nice surprise. We did need to clarify a few small details along the way (like screws vs. nails), but Luis was always patient, professional, and easy to work with. Nothing was ever a problem. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of his work and would highly recommend Luis for any project you have in mind. We’ll definitely be using him again."

Plus, she covered all of the many nail holes (pictures) so well that now I don't want to put any more nails in the walls. "During hurricane Helene, my roof was damaged which resulted in leaks into the interior of my house I had several dark stained areas on my ceiling that needed repair and painting. Mr. Holland completed this service for me. His prices were reasonable, considering there was price gouging occurring during this time. His work was excellent. There was no evidence that any damage had ever occurred. In addition the work was completed in a timely manner."
