"Fox Painting is much more than painting! Edwin, his son, and the rest of the crew repaired rotted wood trim and stucco prior to painting. They did not only a great job with the restoration repairs but the paint looks terrific as well. To start Edwin gives a fully detailed estimate listing all the work being performed. You know exactly what you are paying for. When prepping the house they powerwash the house to achieve a clean surface for the Dunn Edwards paint to adhere to. From there they meticulously scraped and restored all the wood trim plus repaired the stucco. The painting phase went perfectly. They covered all the windows, doorknobs, etc. Anything else they moved out of the way and put back when finished. When it comes to messy painters Edwin and his crew are the exact opposite...extremely organized and careful not to spill a drop of paint. I couldn't find any spilled paint anywhere after they were completed. In addition, He and his guys were always very punctual, polite, responsive and understanding of my needs and wants. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement.
