"We were very fortunate to find Scott of Island Painting through HomeAdvisor. My husband is an engineer and a fine woodworker and he judged that Scott is a meticulous painter who does fine work and goes above and beyond, even ridding us of a bee's nest near the house trim he was painting. Part of our house is three stories, but Scott managed to paint all the fascia board, and do some repairs while he was at it. Very pleasant personality. Five star work!!"

"EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR. My project was drywall installation during a bathroom remodel. I chose Golden Rule after reading the reviews and obtaining an estimate. The price matched the budget I had set for this part of the project. The work was performed during four visits over four days (drying periods are required for drywall). Michael showed up on time each day. He was very polite and very helpful with explanation of drywall techniques and also offered advice on other household repairs I might need. The final product was perfect and ready for painting. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use Golden Rule for any future projects."

"Robert C I live in Brook Farm Edge RD Westbrook Maine crystal recommended Innovative construction. I went over to Crystal’s house and looked at the project that he was doing for her he went above and beyond for her. There was never no signs of any alcohol abuse or drugs on my job. I feel bad for the company because what is she is stating is not true. I seen the job after it was finished and looked amazing. And also said he installed the trim for free for her I was very impressed by his work. I can’t believe Crystal is putting this about him.They did excellent work for me. I would highly recommend them.
