"The team did a great job on some very old plaster walls. They were professional, quiet and kept to their word on schedule. The plaster repairs and painting were great - we will be using them again and I would recommend them to others as well."

"Richard called to show interest in the job to paint my two iron railings on my brick staircase leading to my front porch. We discussed the job what it entailed. He described in detail what he would do to complete the job. He would sand the old paint off, remove all loose paint chips until the railings were smooth to accept the new coats of paint. He recommended Direct to Metal (DTM) paint advising it was much better than rust oleum paint. I did my research and read the same thing so we went with the DTM paint and I’m glad we did. Richard put three coats of paint, was meticulous in his process, very neat and carefully planned. He was extremely professional, polite and friendly to deal with. The job exceeded my expectations. I will use Richard and Best for Less the next time a pint project comes up."

"I hired Loja Renovations to assembly a number of furniture I bought online that was very difficult to put together. They came and quickly assembled them with ease. They're very skilled and efficient. Apart from the reasonable cost, I was particularly impressed with their professionalism, their show of care for the customer and their respectful attitude. I definitely plan to use them again."

"Alex is amazing. He works fast and is very detailed oriented. My wall now looks like a million dollar wall, with paper perfectly hanged without a wrinkle or bubble. And the price is beyond reasonable. I hoghly recommend Decor Wallpaper for your project."

"JCM Renovations was a pleasure to work with. Julio did a fantastic job with the rooms he painted. He was efficient, very clean and neat with all the rooms. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure he answered any questions I had. I would definitely use them again to paint as my wife and I were very satisfied with the work. I look forward/plan to use them for handyman services as well in the future as I was impressed with the quality of their work."

"Adam was very professional, prompt and hard working! Appointment was confirmed and he was easy to communicated with. Came when he said he would and immediately started to work. He stripped my tub of a previous tub painting we had, then told us we didnt need re-glazing. He sanded and buffed then re-caulked it! Saved me money and it looks great! He was very respectful of my home, and of our time. I would highly recommend Superior Porcelain Resurfacing, Adam seems to be the whole business and he was great!"

"We hired them to paint our townhouse in Greenpoint, repair the cornice, and install and paint a new stoop—and the work was exceptional from start to finish. They were meticulous about every detail, especially the cornice repair, which blended beautifully with the existing façade. The paintwork was crisp, even, and professionally finished throughout, and the new stoop looks fantastic—solid, cleanly installed, and perfectly painted. Just as impressive was how carefully they treated the property. They kept the work area organized each day and did an outstanding cleanup when everything was finished. It’s rare to find a contractor with this level of craftsmanship, care, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work."

"I was impressed. They showed up on time. Did the work on a house that hadn't been power washed since the siding went on 20 + years ago. They also cleaned out my gutters. Now the house looks great and I would definitely recommend them to others! They are also doing some other work for me and so far that work looks good as well!"
