I asked Hector for references which he provided and my discussion with his previous clients, including contractors, helped me make my decision. His proposal was fair and he helped coordinate with other tradespeople to make some needed repairs that I paid for separately. His painting team showed up at 8am on the day Hector said they would, and worked straight through, each day showing up at 8. They were polite, hardworking and cleaned up at the end of every day.
