"They are the best!! Tried other painters and not completely satisfied with work . H L Davis painting did a beautiful job painting the exterior of my business. They did the job in a timely manner too. I highly recommend Lary and his crew at H L Davis painting. Highly recommend."

"Communication was excellent. Painting skill was good. When I have them back to do more I will supply shoe covers. We did have some red clay tracked in on the carpet. We did manage to get the stain out. I would hire them again."

"First let me state that this review is way too late being written and I sincerely apologize for that. Mark headed up this effort and his crew came in, did the job professionally, fast and a good job. I'd recommend Lester's Painting to anyone and would definitely use them again. Mark is just an amazing person to work with and once we finish all of our decorating we intent to invite him over for drinks to see the finished apartment. (Mark, we're getting there, haha!) As I stated in the "what work was done" section this was a complex and very detailed interior paint requirement and the execution here was AMAZING! Metalics, various colors, contrasting ceilings, trims, doors and accents! Work done was at a fair price, impressive results and we are beyond pleased with it all! Family and friends have been blown away by the scheme and while that requires good planning (my amazing wife's tastes!) it needed perfect execution - and Lester's deliver 110%! Great people, great work, fair price - You won't find a better company in our opinion so go ahead and request a quote for your job! -- This ends the review of Lester's Painting -- the following is a side note. The following is NOT a review of Lester's themselves but a lesson to be learned if you read this review. That lesson. Stick with the services Lester's will do and plan jobs outside that scope with another professional... There was only a single issue (OF NO FAULT OF LESTER'S OR MARK HIMSELF) - one of the painters (very talented) who was supposed to come back and do a side project (and at the same time do the final touchup of paint). He worked incredibly hard to complete the task in one evening but was only able to complete about 80% of the wallpaper and never replaced or painted the baseboards he removed as part of the effort. Despite being paid for the entire job with the agreement he'd return attempts to reach him to arrange the completion were ignored and he would not respond. We'll finish this up soon, the paper, replacement of baseboards and painting of those to match. So again, just a lesson to us and maybe someone who thinks about odd jobs that are slightly out of scope --NOT a fault of Lester's painting, though."

"He pressure washed it and then painted a stain on it. It looks amazing!!"

"Mikal and his team are professional, reliable, and affordable!!! We hired them to paint the interior of our home, and they went above and beyond to help with other small projects that needed to be repaired. We will hire them for ALL future painting and carpentry projects in the future. They are more than a painting service?"

"They were wonderful! I needed my home painted before moving in. They were on time every day and it was so nice to move into a freshly painted new home."

"

We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

I would definitely recommend MIke's Painting and will plan to use Mike again when we have painting needs.

"Juan was referred to me through a friend of a friend. Hired him to paint our living room and kitchen the first time, we were so happy with the job he did that we called him to come back to paint the bedrooms. We have already referred him to friends, and have already decided when we move we will be using him again."

"He does exterior painting for me and he does a good job."

"I was very pleased with the quality of work done by these gentlemen. I needed this project done in a timely manner and they were able to accommodate that need. I would definitely recommend them for any interior/exterior painting or remodeling needs."
