The crew was kind, respectful, and professional. I felt like they treated my home like they would treat their own (if not better). They even offered to do some "hard-to-reach cleaning" for me while they had their ladders and scaffolding up. Before leaving, everyone made sure what they did met our expectations (which it did). The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is because the job took longer than originally estimated. Although, they admitted there was a lot more work (fixing drywall) than they originally thought.
